Technical Consultant

To support this growth, we are looking for a Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Execute technical upgrades across customer environments
• Monitor and maintain system stability during and after upgrades
• Safeguard data integrity, including performing backups and basic validations
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to installations and environments
• Work with Windows Server to support system configuration and performance
• Perform basic SQL tasks (backups, restores, simple queries)
• Use scripting (e.g. PowerShell) to support automation

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in technical support, system administration, or a similar role
• Degree or diploma in IT or a related field
• Experience with Windows Server environments
• Working knowledge of SQL (backups, restores, basic queries)
• Exposure to scripting, ideally PowerShell
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Good troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach
